## Our story

Primo Cabinets was founded with a simple frustration in mind: the typical American homeowner waits 6–12 weeks for a kitchen cabinet order. We thought that was wrong. We've built our supply chain, install team, and design process around getting beautiful, well-made cabinets into your home in **as little as 10 days** on select orders. Same quality. Just faster.

We're not a national chain. We're a local Salt Lake City showroom on Orange Street, and the people who answer the phone are the same people who design your kitchen and stand behind the install.

## Who we are

- **Jorge** — Lead designer and co-owner. Handles in-home consults, 3D rendering, and project oversight from order through final walkthrough.
- **Niki** — Co-owner and operations lead. Manages the showroom, customer experience, and freight scheduling.
- **The install crew** — Local, in-house. Not subcontracted to out-of-state third parties. They're the same crew on every Primo install across Utah.

## What we believe

1. **Quality should not be slow.** Solid wood, dovetail boxes, soft-close hardware — we ship that fast because we've built our process around it.
2. **No middlemen.** We deal directly with NorthPoint, PCS, and 1951 — the three major US manufacturers we carry.
3. **Show, don't sell.** Our showroom has real cabinets in every door style and finish we carry. Touch them, open the drawers, see how they close.
4. **Locals serve locals.** When something needs warranty service, we send a Primo employee, not a phone tree.
