Common questions about working with Primo Cabinets in Salt Lake City, Utah.

## How fast can you deliver and install cabinets?

**Some orders ship and install in as little as 10 days.** This applies to:

- NorthPoint Catalina or Maui in stock finishes (Polar White, Grey)
- Standard kitchen layouts without unusual sizing
- Orders placed by Wednesday for the following week's install

For custom layouts, special finishes, or other brands, typical lead time is **3–6 weeks** from order to install — still faster than the industry average of 8–12 weeks.

## Do you offer free design consultations?

**Yes — completely free.** Either at our showroom on Orange Street in Salt Lake City, or in your home. The consult includes:

- Measuring your space
- Layout discussion
- Door style and finish samples
- 3D rendering of your kitchen with the doors and finishes you've picked
- Written quote

No obligation. Most customers take 1–3 weeks to think it over before placing an order.

## What's included in the price?

- Cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, hinges, slides
- Hardware (pulls and knobs)
- Standard freight to Utah
- Local install by Primo crew
- Walkthrough and warranty registration

**Not** included unless specified:

- Plumbing rough-in
- Electrical work
- Drywall repair
- Flooring
- Backsplash tile
- Countertops (priced separately, but we can quote)

## What brands do you carry?

Three major US manufacturers, all in our showroom:

1. **NorthPoint Cabinetry** — featured brand, fastest ship
2. **PCS** — wood and thermofoil door programs
3. **1951 Cabinetry** — widest selection (14 styles, 25+ finishes)

You can mix brands within the same kitchen if it makes sense for the budget or style.

## Are your cabinets solid wood?

**Yes — on all Premier lines.** Our NorthPoint Catalina and Maui, and the PCS Wood Door Program, are all solid wood with dovetail drawer boxes. Essentials lines (NorthPoint Hatteras) are all-wood construction with dovetail drawer boxes at a sharper price point.

We also carry thermofoil (vinyl wrap on MDF) for budget-conscious projects, kids' bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc. — clearly labeled so you always know what you're buying.

## Do you do bathroom vanities?

**Yes.** Single sinks, double sinks, floating, freestanding, with matching linen towers and medicine cabinets. Same construction quality as our kitchens. Same brands. Same install crew.

## Do you do closets?

**Yes.** Walk-in master closets with islands and benches, reach-in bedroom closets, mudroom lockers, laundry-room cabinetry, home office built-ins. Custom designed in our showroom.

## How much does a kitchen cost?

Most kitchens land in the **$8,000–$45,000+** range depending on:

- Size (linear feet of cabinetry)
- Door style and brand
- Finish (paint vs. stain — paint is typically more expensive)
- Hardware
- Specialty pull-outs and inserts
- Whether you need countertops too

**Free quotes** are firm and in writing. We don't change the price after the order is placed unless you change the order.

## Do you ship outside Utah?

Our installs are limited to Utah and the immediate surrounding region. Cabinet **samples** ship anywhere in the US — order via our quote form.

## Can I see real cabinets before I buy?

**Yes — visit the showroom at 47 South Orange Street, Suite E4, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.** We have full kitchen displays, door samples in every finish, and pull-out demos so you can feel the soft-close action. Open Mon–Fri 9 AM – 6 PM and Sat 10 AM – 4 PM.

## Do you do cabinet refacing?

**Yes.** If your existing cabinet boxes are in good shape, we can replace just the doors, drawer fronts, and hardware in any of our finishes. Significantly cheaper than a full replacement and can be done in 3–5 days on most kitchens.

## How long does install take?

- **Bathroom vanity:** 1 day
- **Standard kitchen:** 2–3 days
- **Large kitchen with island and pantry wall:** 3–4 days
- **Refacing:** 3–5 days
- **Closet system:** 1–2 days

Plumbing and counter-templating happen the day after cabinet install (separately scheduled).

## Do you have financing?

We work with several local lenders. Ask Jorge at the design consult and we can hand you a financing-options sheet — typical promotions include 12-month no-interest and 5-year fixed-rate plans.

## What's your warranty?

- **NorthPoint:** Limited lifetime on construction, 5-year on finishes
- **PCS:** 5-year limited
- **1951:** 5-year limited
- **Primo install workmanship:** 1 year
- All warranties documented at completion walkthrough; we handle warranty calls directly so you're not on the phone with the manufacturer.

## Who actually installs the cabinets?

**Local Primo install crews — same team on every project, never subcontracted out-of-state.** When something needs warranty service, the same person who installed it comes back to fix it.
